Paper Submission
We encourage submission in the CPS format. You can find the format requirements on IEEE CPS website:

The format of the final manuscript should be no more than 6 pages for regular papers, 4 pages for short papers, and 2 pages for poster papers. Submission is entirely automated by a paper management tool, which is available from the main web site:
Authors must first register their own account by obtaining a password, and then follow the instructions.
All accepted papers will be provided an oral presentation and/or a poster. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three PC members or experts in the field. Multiple submission policy is applied for papers. Papers that are being submitted to other conferences, whether verbatim or in essence must reflect this fact on the title page. Papers that do not meet this requirement are subject to rejection without the review.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press and indexed by EI. Selected ICA’18 papers will be invited for expansion and publication in international Journals.
No-show policy
The paper may be excluded from IEEE Xplore and the CSDL if the presentation is not made at the conference. Also, no-show papers are not recommended in the post-conference publications.
